Silk screen printing services is an economical method for producing top quality apparels and t-shirt printing.

It is the preferred method for large orders printed T-Shirts or apparels due to the incredible quality and durability.

HEAT TRANSFER

WHAT IS HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

Heat transfer technique is by transferring images on the garment. It is the process of applying heat-applied materials with a heat press.

Usually it used to print full color pictures and multicolored graphics

ADVANTAGES / BENEFITS

  • Good for printing multicolour graphics or tone graphics
  • Low cost for small quantity

DISADVANTAGES / LIMITATION

  • not as lasting as silkscreen printing

 

EMBROIDERY

WHAT IS HEAT EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is done by stitching thread to construct an images on the apparel. It is the machines using needle to apply thread or yarn.

DTG PRINTING

WHAT IS DTG PRINTING

Digital printing (DTG) is best used for items that require large amounts of detail and/or print colors.

Besides, customers that require water based ink, and for orders of a smaller quantity also suitable with this method.

ADVANTAGES / BENEFITS

  • Great image quality by being able to recreate intricate details
  • Easy to use — there’s no mayor learning curve involved
  • It is able to print the full spectrum of colours
  • Simple production as it doesn’t require that many steps
  • Uses safe materials such as water-based inks
  • It is a clean process when compared to screen printing which requires considerable amounts of water and ink

DISADVANTAGES / LIMITATION

  • DTG printers are expensive.
  • Not optimal for large orders since the printing process can be slow and production costs stack up
  • Inks are delicate
  • Doesn’t work on all types of T-shirts

 

EMBOSSING

WHAT IS EMBOSS

Embossing refers to a method of pressing an image into paper or card stock to create a three dimensional design.

It can be text, logos and other images can all be formed by the embossing method. It feeling like convex on the area.

ADVANTAGES / BENEFITS

  • Have a special vision, Capable in producing 3-dimensional effect.

DISADVANTAGES / LIMITATION

  • Poor durability, because the raised ink introduce surface porosity.
  • Adds cost to printing job because it is an off-press process
  • Thin serifs do not emboss well

 

CMYK PRINTING

WHAT IS CMYK PRINTING

CMYK is a widely used technique to replicate full-color images on light colored backgrounds.

The inks are semitransparent and look best on white apparel or very light colors.  It allows the colors to overlap and create variety of colors similar to printed at home prints on paper.

ADVANTAGES / BENEFITS

  • Full color and refine the printing art
  • Less need for minimum orders.
  • Individual customization. more closer to the "customization" this word.
  • Customer will not feel any uncomfortable like using embroidery when customer provide the logo is big or on certain place.

  • Cannot be printed on nylon.
  • Does not work well on dark cotton/poly blends.

WHAT IS SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Sublimation is a printing technique that allows for full color, all-over apparel prints. Your artwork is printed onto a sheet of high-release paper and the paper will transferred onto your apparel using heat and pressure.

Sublimation only works on garments made of polyester, or on specialty objects made of polyester or given a polyester coating.

ADVANTAGES / BENEFITS

  • Full color on small runs. Customer need to have us refine the art, If customer request a small quantity orders the price may less expensive overall than screen printing.
  • Less need for minimum orders.
  • Individual customization. compare with heat transfer and others printing method, this method allow customer more closer to the "customization" this word
  • Lighter hand. Customer will not feel any uncomfortable like using embroidery when customer provide the logo is big or on certain place.

DISADVANTAGES / LIMITATION

  • Sublimated color blend with the color on which they are printed, so we recommend use the white or light color garment (t-shirt / apparel)
  • Only allow to use polyester apparel.
